Terms and Conditions
- Guests must bring their own NUT FREE cake or cupcakes. NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED.
- King and Castles is a SOCKS ONLY facility. This includes all adults and children who enter.
- All guests under the age of 18 must have a guardian sign the waiver form before entry
- No outside decorations allowed without approval. Absolutely NO CONFETTI.
- Pull string pinatas may be accommodated, please inquire prior to arrival.
- Decorations provided remain the property of Kings and Castles and are NOT permitted to be removed or taken.
- The room is only available at your scheduled time. No early entry to party rooms will be permitted.
- Kindly have all guests and belongings out of your party room by the end of your scheduled time.
- Staff will be entering the room when your time is up to begin cleaning.
- ALL GUESTS WHO ENTER OUR FACILITY FOR YOUR PARTY WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICING REGARDLESS OF IF THEY EAT OR NOT. NO EXCEPTION.
- ALL CHILDREN AGE 1+ AND ALL ADULTS WILL BE CONSIDERED PARTY GUESTS AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
- PLEASE ONLY INVITE GUESTS TO YOUR PARTY THAT YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY FOR.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A full refund of your deposit will be given with THREE WEEKS NOTICE. With less notice than three weeks we are not able to provide a refund.
- DOUBLE AND TRIPLE ROOM BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CHANGED TO SMALLER ROOM SIZES WITHOUT THREE WEEKS NOTICE.
